Grade Your Website and Win Prizes! [Contest]

.

Since its launch in 2006, Website Grader has graded over 3.5 million websites, helping thousands of companies ensure their sites are following inbound marketing best practices. The free, award-winning tool offers deep analysis that generates recommendations for websites big and small. It's helped everyone from small business owners to internet marketing professionals. And now, we want it to help you too.

Just in case a free, inbound marketing website analysis wasn't enough for you, we're tossing in prizes! We'll be giving away a $100 Amazon giftcard every day to one lucky person who tweets their report.  Here's the scoop on how to win,

  1. Go to WebsiteGrader.com and enter your website's URL
  2. Once your report has been generated, read through it and enjoy all the inbound marketing tips
  3. Share your score on Twitter, by using the Tweet This button located at the top of the report. Make sure you don't remove the #WebsiteGrader from you tweet, as this is how we will be picking winners. (If the tweet this button doesn't work, just send a tweet out with your score and the #WebsiteGrader has tag. We'll find you.)

  4. We'll pick a new winner and announce it every morning starting tomorrow.

If that's not enough, we also have a GRAND PRIZE. To enter in the drawing, write a blog post about your report and what you learned, or what you plan on doing to improve your site's score. On June 1st, we'll be giving away an iPad to the best blog article we find. Make sure to tweet the article to @HubSpot with the #websitegrader hash tag so that we see it!

@Rod: "At the end of the month we'll be giving away an iPad to the best blog article we find."

So I assume you should do it before then.

Wow, it's amazing how one misses what's right in front of you! And we wonder how people miss obvious stuff on our websites. Thanks Sam.

Does the tweet need to come from a different twitter account every time? I have many websites, but just one Twitter account.

ILOVE wining prizes. I am going to grade my site right now

I love you guys, you do a great job with the info you provide that is super valuable to small business, so take this constructive comment as just that...

Why are you giving away gift certificates to a company that is neither small nor local and takes away business from your customers (while also failing to collect sales tax giving them an unfair competitive advantage)?

Seems like the easy (and not so cool) way out to me....

For what its worth...

Tried it but it said a 403 error. I get through no problem. WTH?? No clue why you cannot find the site, but it works fine for me. Any ideas?

ps...my website is:

It says it finds a 403 but it works fine for me. Huh??

This is great, as I'm always using this to improve my site. Can't wait to do the blog post. Having a little problem right now though with grader, maybe a few too many of us doing it : )

I tried to Tweet the results, but nothing shows up in my status so I think you've got something formatted incorrectly. Here is the URL: http://twitter.com/#!/?status=Got+a+grade+of+94+%2F100+on+%23WebsiteGrader+from+%40HubSpot+-+What+is+your+score%3Fwww.WebsiteGrader.com

got the report, but couldn't tweet it...

The "Tweet This" button at the top of my report isn't working. I went ahead and just copied and pasted my report results URL into a tweet and added #WebsiteGrader to the tweet as well. Hope that will suffice as my entry. :)

Hi folks, we had a hiccup yesterday and it looks like the tweet this button was impacted. We are working on fixing it. In the meantime I have updated the instructions with some more details so you can still get the chance to win. Thanks for letting us know about the problems.

If I wish to make corrections to my site after the first grading, how soon can I regrade it again?

Hi, I noticed that the reports aren't showing the competitor analysis section anymore. Has that been removed from the report intentionally? Or is it a technical problem?
Thanks!
