.

light bulbAs marketers, we often know what we should be doing, but it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with best practices for all the new marketing opportunities the social web provides. That's why HubSpot has teamed up with David Meerman Scott to bring marketers a new multimedia how-to guide.

This 34-page ebook provides answers to these as well as many other important marketing questions:

1. How can you get found online as a local business?
2. How can small businesses leverage social media?
3. How do you use your email list effectively?
4. How should you deal with negative comments?
5. How do you write an ebook?
6. What is the future of social media marketing?
7. How can you keep up with news and emerging trends?

Before heading out on summer vacation, download this free ebook for some beach reading (though you'll still want to check out the videos included when you're back in the office).

Thank you for this simple, yet informative guide. I am constantly wondering why people continue to go back to traditional marketing tactics that obviously no longer work. I don’t even own a Yellow Pages book, and haven’t for several years. Marketing and advertising using mediums that your customers use will be most effective, so why would a company market and advertise elsewhere? With the evolution of technology, we also need to evolve the way we do things, as individuals and as businesses.
