.

Your favorite edgy/crude/snarky unicorn is back, this time to spread some holiday cheer and marketing joy (among other things). So today, in between nibbling on bites of turkey and washing them down with a yummy holiday cocktail, let the HubSpot Unicorn (AKA Hu) help you express how thankful you are by sharing some marketing joy with your coworkers, family, and friends.

We're giving you 14 hilariously awesome Thanksgiving eCards for the taking. You'll just have to excuse the unicorn, who is still sometimes naughty even though he's sometimes nice. You can also find them here or share them directly from Facebook or Google+!

Great effort this - for me it proves that creativity still has a bigger role in online marketing than ever. Thanks Hubspot you have put a smile on my face.

These are very amusing; a personal favourite is the one that is mimicking the old spice advert.

These are funny? Not to mention tacky, creepy and in bad taste. Oh, yeah, and lame.

I couldn't agree more with you, Anna. Having to resort to crude, inappropriate and tasteless animation on what I thought was a professional place for really great content is just sad. Hubspot, please don't resort to the "shock" factor to get your buzz on, or you'll loose your integrity all together. I thought you were smarter than that.

Hi Anna and Holly,

@Repcor here! We've actually had far more positive responses than negative to the @HubSpotUnicorn eCards. Many folks have appreciated the opportunity to step back and have a good laugh. We're well aware that they're edgy. And I think Pam did a good job setting expectations in the first sentence of this blog article.

But you're absolutely right -- everyone has different preferences in humor, content, etc. You can rest assured that we'll never do less educational content to "make room" for the silly stuff.

My opinion? -- I think it's nice to play to other parts of marketers brains. Learning is important (and should never stop!), but some fun here and there is healthy and human.

Actually, the article is helpful - but the images are low class liberal. I wouldn't think Hubspot would want to alienate a big section of their future and current customers?!
