Is anybody over 21 actually watching You Tube for 3 Billion Hours per month. I can't sell anything to the Brtittney Spears crowd, or is it Justin Timberlake

I thought the headline was going to deliver. Instead these "mind blowing" number give little actionable information. Let me summarize this article: "People are using social media a lot, people are using mobile devices a lot."

Mind blowing? Not in the original sense of the term's meaning such as "mind blowing drugs".
However item #2 is quite actionable for me.
And youtube is useful for geeks like Sage Pro ERP or Sage 300 ERP experts for product training. Its not just a timewaster.

Thanks for sharing the statistics! I'm curious about #12 (the Facebook stats) regarding purchasing because of ads or comments. There's a very big difference between the two, and combining them doesn't really tell us too much. I will try to dig into that a little more. That said, as an Internet Marketing company, we've found Adwords to be miles ahead of Facebook in terms of ROI.

More posts - less engagement. That's interesting. I suppose providing too many posts on a news feed can be an annoyance. No matter how informative these posts may be. One to bear in mind. And as for the whole shopping online thing - I'm convinced there will be no physical shops in 10 years time!

Very interesting stats, was surprised usage for tablets was so low, 2hrs a day average does not seem much.
