With more and more social networks popping up over the years, marketers continue to ask, "why do we need another one?!" Truth is, each network (at least the ones that last) truly does serve its own purpose, because they each have a distinct audience! But instead of sitting down and trying to figure out which is right for your business ... let's just have a little fun?
Have you ever wondered which social network fits your personality? Follow the flowchart below to see where your persona aligns with five of the most popular social networks. And when answering, try to really get in touch with your inner social media self. You know, be real ... just like you are on social media ;-)
So, spill it. Which social network are you?

Social media gains strength day by day and needs to be closely monitored and administered.

This post is incredibly negative. Am I supposed to feel bad about myself because I use social media? This post contradicts a lot of other HubSpot blog posts on the benefits of using social media. Try being more consistent with your messaging. Sarcasm can be wrongly interpreted online…

I love flow charts and this one is great Friday post. People need to remember not to take social media media so seriously. Great Post!

That's a very funny, yet innovative flow chart you have created. It looks like LinkedIn suits my personality the best.
I hope you didn't offend too many die hard social networkers in the process. I agree that some people take social networking to an extreme and are truly missing out on "life".

I must admit I was quite surprised by this post. It's not the normally professional message I've come to expect from HubSpot over the years.

Ha! Thanks for the smile on a Friday. Some people need to lighten up a little.
And yes, I'm a YouTube vlogger. Had to laugh at myself with this one!

It is a fun exercise but it is missing my favourite online activity which is commenting online. I prefer to use Disqus but I really use whatever commenting systems is available which I can then integrate all of them via engagio.

But the question is : where is Google+ ? Forever alone ?

Well I turned out to be Facebook. Very good! I love the way you've also managed to bring out a character type for each Social Network then build a psychological flow chart around it LOL. Awesome post!

its so obvious that somehow social media surely represent everyone's personality. Whether she or he is introvert or not or don't forget to share a little change or happenings on their lives with their social friends and "likes" every single post on Facebook or any other social networking sites.so, we can appreciate Hub Spot for this nice info graph as well as expect more posts like this one in the future.
