The way your sales staff does the call back thing was great. Got a call just yesterday after signing up for a webinar. No hard sales, just an offer to answer any question in an informative conversation... Thanks

I found your site off Google looking for other marketing blogs. I have to say I am very impressed with what you have here. I just got done watching your 32 min. video and WOW is all I can say. It was great, a ton of information plus I added you both on twitter ;)

Interesting points on viral videos, I think the hardest part about them is that their really isn't a particular 'formula', it just sticks or it doesn't and many advertisers are trying to figure out how to make them with mainly hit and miss results.

Edward,
I think you hit the nail on the head about what makes viral videos so hard to produce, it's only of the reasons why you have to just keep trying. There is definitely some trial and error involved.
