What works: you're personable and knowledgeable. What doesn't work: there isn't any indication how long your shows are in the show notes. And they seem LONG. I never make it to the end of one of them. That should be the first bit of info in your show notes -- duration in minutes. If they are longer than 10 min., I have to ask why? When everyone else has embraced short videos? Do more videos, and make them shorter and more focused on one or a couple of topics. You can still keep them fun and informal but they'd be a heck of a lot more digestible if shorter and focused. Also your videos play like audio podcasts. They would actually work better as audio podcasts because of the length and format. Looking at the two of you -- as appealing as you are -- gets old after about 3 minutes, with no visuals, no cutaways, no clips -- heck, even slides or stills -- to illustrate your points visually. I've seen you make all kinds of improvements in the videos so that is your next challenge!
