It was gusty of Facebook to change the terms of service. They run a business and were trying to capitilize on that market. Too bad they made the mistake of adopting too heavy of terms of service. 
 
Everyone loves facebook/google and as soon as they change their business practices everyone gets upset and cries foul. 
 
Read the terms of service... They have a clause saying they can change them at any time. Don't like it then quit the game!
