COMMENTS

Mark & Karen,

Thanks for the link on your show, regarding the ScottsdalePD on Twitter.

I am finding it very interesting the number of companies, and organizations, who greatly desire to understand, and implement a social media strategy.

Our company is only 3 weeks old, and already we have 4 consulting clients.

One has a database of 40,000, one has 12,000, one has 4,000, and one has 70.

This new wave of social media is a blast. I have completely re-invented myself from President/CEO of a mortgage company that I sold, three years ago, to Blog Consultant/Entrepreneur.

I thought I had retired!

The great value it seems that I have, and that companies value, is not only my social media understandings, but perhaps more importantly, a CEO's mindset.

How do we implement social media and:

1.) bring higher levels of value to our clients.

2.) deepen the relationship with our clients.

3.) teach our clients how to refer us more easily with this technology.

4.) build a much stronger voice, in the world, with our message/vision.

5.) find and build great new peer relationships.

6.) interact more readily with the main stream media.

7.) find a way to make our social strategy an asset to the bottom line, realizing that it may not necessarily be clearly identifiable in dollars.

Thanks again! You guys are great!
