Thanks for the discussion of our article on Social Media B2B about countering failure in social media. We appreciate the additional suggestions to make some of the points that missed stronger and more relevant. Many of our posts are meant to get people thinking how these examples relate to their own company. 
 
It is fantastic that Hubspot gives new employees a social media welcome and encourages participation, however, many B2B companies don't function that way. We were offering a suggestion to get more embedded if you find yourself siloed and can't expand social media practice company-wide. 
 
And of course, great content on a blog is key to spreading the word about your company, but outlets on the social web need to be supported in other ways as well. Maybe my suggestion should have been to make sure social media profiles are part of an email signature.
