I agree with Vicki. 'Um' is very distracting. I've been to enough internet marketing seminars to understand internet marketing and pro athletes have one thing in common,- rarely are good public speakers, but are put out there because what they do for a living (and it's not public speaking) they do well. 
 
@Peter, Perhaps you should be receptive to some criticism, eh?

Better video and sound quality please!!! You guys have the ability to film in high-definition and with those TEDtalk mics.
