Ruckus was founded in 2005 with a mission to bring discipline and sound business strategy to the world of marketing and advertising. On our journey, we’ve discovered how often marketing firms are held unaccountable and praised for big ideas only to later be the target when there is little to no bottom-line revenue impact. With the market recession of 2008, we watched as advertising budgets froze, spending collapsed and marketing and advertising firms went out of business.

Ruckus innovated and quickly realized that a big spotlight was shining on inefficient, ineffective marketing and advertising. Our focus turned to revenue and how we could help impact top- and bottom-line sales for our clients. It transcended marketing. We began to augment the sales process, create training programs, collaborate to reallocate budget and drive change management. And then, we realized we weren’t just a marketing and advertising firm anymore. Our clients demanded more. They deserve more. That’s when we rediscovered our mission and became a growth partner.
