What’s New in Marketing Hub?
Reporting drill downs now live in all accounts
HubSpot is packed with useful reports that aggregate data and present it in a clean, easy-to-understand way. But we get it — sometimes you need to go deeper and look at the individual data points that make up any given report.
For example, the page views report in website analytics shows your website’s traffic in aggregate. In the past, if you wanted to see which pages were causing a spike in traffic, you had to navigate away and go to the traffic analytics tool. Now you can simply click into the report and see the data behind the report right there. This works for every report within HubSpot. For example, a contact report will show you all the contacts behind it and a deals report will show you all the deals behind it as well. Hop into your portal now and give it a try.

What’s New in Sales Hub?
See your sales playbooks more easily
In the past month, playbooks got a fresh UI, making it easier for reps to consume the information in the playbook while accessing other tools like calling and task queues.
We’ve also brought more granular controls to admins, allowing them to control how playbooks get logged to the CRM. When an account admin creates or edits a playbook, they’ll see a new option under settings where they can choose how that playbook should be logged.
Last, but certainly not least, we’ve made some updates to question and answer fields in playbooks. Question and answer fields are a great way to ensure that reps are collecting the right information on calls. As a rep works their way through a call script, they can log information that gets saved directly to the contact record.
Previously, question-and-answer fields could only be tied to a handful of properties. With the latest update, you can now map single-line text, multi-line text, and number properties to playbook question and answer fields, saving your reps even more time and improving the quality of data in your CRM overall.

What’s New in Service Hub?
Provide faster support for your customers
Being able to reply promptly to customers is extremely important for businesses. Most Service Hub users reply to customers right from the conversations inbox. To make this easier, we've added your support form as a new channel in the inbox. Now through HubSpot support forms you can reply to support form submissions directly from your conversations inbox. You’re now one step closer to having all customer conversations in one place. When a customer request comes in through the support form on your website, you can create and assign conversations and tickets in the same way you connect and respond to emails in conversations.
Right now support forms in your conversations inbox is available for all new portals and we’ll be migrating existing customers to this new feature over the coming months.

Build up your knowledge base
More and more, when a customer has a question about your business, product, or service, they’ll first go searching for the answer themselves by typing the question into a search engine. This is why the knowledge base on your website is so important as a hub for all resources and knowledge articles. The knowledge base allows you to build a library of help articles so your customers can help themselves. With the latest updates, you can write more advanced knowledge base articles with new features such as code blocks, image resizing directly in the editor, the ability to drag and drop images, emojis, the ability to embed videos, and more. Use your updated knowledge base today to create articles and help customers. This update is now live to all users.

What’s New in HubSpot CRM?
Working together has never been easier

In these cases, you need to easily make your team aware of a conversation with a customer, have an internal communication stream within the context of that conversation, and do both of those things at the same time the customer-facing conversation is taking place.
Well, now live in HubSpot conversations are internal comments - a feature that empowers you to do just that. With internal comments, you can chat privately with colleagues on any conversation thread in real time within the HubSpot conversations inbox.
Internal comments are now live and available to all HubSpot users.
What’s New in HubSpot Connect?
Using WordPress? HubSpot just got better for you
Now live is a refreshed version of HubSpot’s plugin for WordPress, which is built to help you grow your email list, manage your contacts, and send marketing emails all through HubSpot’s free CRM.
Here’s as bonus: if you are a WP Engine customer with a Studio Press theme activated on your site, the plugin will automatically create these assets for you and apply the pop-up and live chat modules to your site. This helps you get set up on HubSpot’s tools immediately and gives you the flexibility to edit those assets as needed all in a seamless, one-window experience.

Get more data from your webinars with the Zoom integration.
Webinars are a common inbound marketing tactic and proven lead generators. Being able to see webinar interaction data on the contact record is a powerful way to better understand your audience. Even more powerful? The ability to create lists and segment based on this data.
Now live is a refreshed version of the HubSpot-built Zoom integration that syncs webinar data to contact records in your HubSpot CRM.
With this update, you can now see who registered and attended your webinar and for how long they attended the webinar on contact records. You can also segment lists based on that same information.
If you want this update and you already have the Zoom integration installed, then the admin of your HubSpot account needs to renew your login for Zoom.
This update is now live and available to all HubSpot users (free and paid) who also have Zoom’s paid webinar pro package or Zoom’s paid video webinar add-on.
