And while coffee obviously wakes you up, it has other health benefits too -- people who drink three to five cups reduce their risk of developing Alzheimer’s by 65%, while just two cups has been associated with a 40% lower risk of developing liver cancer.
Coffee has also been shown to lead to increased powers of perception and creativity, and the best times to drink it are between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m., and 2:00 and 5:00 p.m.
