Outbound sales prospecting is hard. Searching for the prospects that match your ideal customer profile and could benefit from your product or service can feel like rifling through a haystack to find a handful of needles. And once you've identified a company or two, you have to poke around to find the best people at those organizations to contact.

But as if that's not time consuming enough, reps then have to manually enter their new prospects' information into their CRM softwares -- company name, contact name, contact email, salutation, title, phone number, and so on. No wonder prospecting often gets shoved to the bottom of the to-do list.

Prospecting would be much less painful if reps could simply click one button and have all their prospects' information automatically entered into the CRM. Sounds nice, doesn't it?
