How do you get a prospect to take your call? Sparking their interest with thought-provoking data is one way. Delivering a crisp and attention-grabbing value proposition is another. But sales trainer Rick Roberge is more concerned with what you shouldn't do.
"Don't give them a reason not to take your call," Roberge said at the most recent HubSpot Sales Accelerators event.
Interestingly, Roberge pointed out that how a salesperson introduces herself (including what's printed on her business card) might just provide a reason for buyers to screen her calls.
