Kerri Roberts is an HR professional with a background in process improvement (associated with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Missouri Quality Award). She spends her days at Veterans United Home Loans (formerly known as VA Mortgage Center.com) in the Human Resources office focusing on employee relations, HR law, leadership and employee satisfaction. Roberts obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Columbia College and a Master's in Business Administration from William Woods University.
