Matthew Owens grew up in the advertising industry and has been in the business for over 25 years. After graduating from Woodbury University in Los Angeles with a degree in marketing, he moved to the Pacific Northwest to work in the e-commerce and dot-com industries. Now, Matt has partnered with his long-time friend and media expert, Scott Harkey, as they build the kind of marketing services firm Matt has always envisioned — Owens Harkey Advertising.
