Pamela Bump is the Sr. Manager of HubSpot's Content Innovation & Research Team, which develops cutting-edge content strategies, market research, experimentation, and audience-growth tactics to expand and elevate HubSpot editorial content across multiple channels (especially the HubSpot Blog). Prior to building this team, she was the HubSpot Blog's first Sr. Audience Growth Writer and Editor. In her 12 years of experience (which includes web, email, social media, and newsroom content strategy), she's also developed multichannel audience growth content for publishers like Harvard Business Review, MedTech Boston, Taste for Life Magazine, and Innovation Leader. On top of her mixed journalistic and content marketing career background, she also has an M.S. in Media Ventures (a media entrepreneurship program) from Boston University and a dual Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication from Keene State College.
