I don't think I have to explain the concept of stress in the workplace to anyone reading this right now. Pressure to hit targets and deliver results all while keeping a smile on your face and your life in balance causes emotional stress even for the most cool, calm, and collected among us.

Because of its prevalence among modern workers, workplace stress is often something people shrug off as a given. But did you know that stress costs companies over three billion dollars a year in healthcare costs and absenteeism? Or that 48% of people have trouble sleeping due to stress? If reading those numbers doesn't stress you out, I don't know what will.
