Elissa Moses is EVP, head of the Ipsos Centre of Excellence for Neuroscience and Emotion. Prior, Elissa was chief analytics officer at EmSense pioneering applications of EEG and Biometrics for evaluating advertising, packaging, and concepts as well as first to conduct shopper research with wireless EEG and mobile eye tracking. Earlier she was SVP, Global Consumer Intelligence and Strategy at Philips, founder/MD at BrainWaves and EVP, managing partner at Grey. She is a frequent global speaker and author of "$100 Billion Allowance."
She is US Chair, NMSBA, co-author of ESOMARS’s “36 Questions," advisor of ARF Neuroscience 2.0, and reviewer for the JAR.
