Rich is currently Executive Creative Director at Lawler Ballard Van Durand, and in the past has been SVP/GCD at GSD&M and VP/Creative Director at T3 in Austin. He has created award winning work for such brands as Southwest Airlines, Chili's, Lennox, Pebble Beach, The Macallan Scotch Whisky, Pennzoil, Doritos, Tabasco, Texas Tourism, and Smithfield Foods. He believes in the sanctity of really good Mexican food, Bruce Springsteen and the Dallas Cowboys. Not necessarily in that order.
