1) Mistletoe | Gap

Sofia Coppola directs a series of ads for Gap, highlighting the strange moments that make the holidays memorable.

2) Paris / New York | Open Skies

To promote British Airways’ non-stop flight from New York to Paris, the brand released a video showing the vibrancy and life of the two cities. The split screen juxtaposes time-lapse views of city skylines and busy streets.

3) The Next Black | Electrolux

The washing machine industry isn’t typically looked to for its advertising, but this 46-minute documentary on fashion and technology from Electrolux is fascinating and visually arresting.

Watching John Lewis’s Christmas advertising is a special event for some in the industry. And the brand did not disappoint this year. The heartwarming advert follows a boy and his pet penguin, bringing to life their friendship.

5) #LowesFixInSix | Lowe’s

BBDO New York has created another set of Vine videos, expanding upon the original series that earned the brand and agency a Bronze Cyber Lion at Cannes.
