HubSpot customers who want to use different templates for their emails at different times can now create and manage a library of email templates for their emails. This new feature is now available to all HubSpot customers in all product sizes.
To get started, go to Settings and find the link marked Manage Email Templates under the Lead Management section header.
Click the Create New Template button to create a new custom template, if you don't already have custom templates in your library.
Once you have an assortment of custom email templates, this screen will display all active templates available to you. You can have up to ten active email templates at a time.
You can select the email template you wish to use for a given email during the email creation process from a simple drop-down menu. The drop-down menu will display all available (active) templates in your email template library.
