HubSpot customers can now customize the timing of their lead nurturing communications, setting their own preferred time intervals between emails up to one year in advance.
First, you'll want to customize the intervals that you'd prefer to work with in your lead nurturing campaigns. Once these have been set, your custom settings will appear as options in the drop-down menu of timing choices whenever you create a new lead nurturing email.
We also recently added the ability to duplicate an email within a lead nurturing campaign, which should make it easier to create new emails for your lead nurturing systems without recreating each email from scratch. More updates to lead nurturing are on their way, so stay tuned!
