Thank you for visiting our June product updates blog. Take a look at what HubSpot has been up to this month.
Highly requested and highly anticipated, we bring you new notification defaults. Before, notifications were set up one-by-one, user-by-user. “So long” to manually enabling and disabling dozens of notifications. Now, you and your admins can set up default notification preferences for all your users, customizable down to their role and team. Big step up, don’t you think?
Align your team by aligning your tech with the App Marketplace. Connect your favorite tools to HubSpot and feel the full power of our CRM platform. We built sixteen new data sync integrations in Operations Hub. Integrate popular apps like Insightly, Campaign Monitor, Clio, and more.
We’ve got loads of partner-built integrations this month. Access a brand new collection of apps built on Media Bridge. Use these media apps to access and embed videos, images, podcasts, and more into your emails and web content. Let these apps do their thing et voila! Manage and interpret your engagement data right from HubSpot’s CRM and reporting tools.
With this update, you can pull in different media types into HubSpot to report on that media, run automation, and more. There’s plenty of ways to employ Media Bridge. Embed media in pages and emails with a simple drag and drop. Generate lists for individualized visitor experiences. See when people interact with media in your CRM timeline events, and automate communications based on these events and lists. Finally, you can report on media consumption and engagement to further define, clarify, and measure the ROI of your media assets.
Batman and Robin? Salt and Pepper? CRM and CMS - now that’s a dynamic duo. Now you can easily create dynamic web pages with SEO-friendly URLs based on CRM Objects. Feel the benefits of this CRM and CMS collab in how you enable workflows, reporting, and more.
Save time building your site with this new tool. Our system will crawl and display all of the pages of any URL you enter. The URL slug, meta description, and page titles will auto-populate, so you can flesh out and add content to those pages when ready. Heads up - page content can’t be imported at this time. Stay posted for more updates.
The SEO Recommendations tool now highlights your website’s broken links so you can verify you're not linking to an outdated or non-existent page. Additionally, you can now bulk hide recommendations if you don’t intend to execute them.
With JWT (JSON web tokens), access a new type of SSO (single sign-on) for membership-driven content. Developers, this one’s for you! This type of SSO is easier to configure than SAML (still available when choosing your security token format), which means an easier time getting private content set up on CMS Hub.
Customize your marketing based on how your customers engage with your business. Define and fire events on your own terms with the new custom behavioral event options. Use it to create custom event properties, automate workflows, attribute revenue to specific events in the report builder, and more. Level up! Explore a variety of events, like logins or browser versus mobile usage, for more targeted and personalized campaigns that solve for your customer.
A big upgrade came to feedback surveys this month with custom survey functionality, now in public beta. Use unlimited, diverse question formats to your advantage - mix and match star ratings, radio selects, and single-line text fields. Uncover growth opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction, so you can rise to the top with excellent customer service. Isn’t the view nice from up there?
No one likes sweating the small stuff. (Or sweating, period.) If you’ve gotten frustrated navigating to the right pipeline, this might help. Save precious time and easily find the tools you use most with revised pipeline permissions. You can now grant teams and individual users access to specific pipelines with private, restricted, or open permissions via your deals and tickets settings.
