Eric Murphy is the Co-Founder and Director of Sales, Marketing, & Strategy at Haven Technologies Inc., where he leads the charge in eliminating noise-induced hearing loss through the development of innovative hearing protectors people actually want to wear. With a background spanning early-stage startups, venture capital, and Fortune 500 companies, Eric brings a blend of business acumen and mission-driven product strategy to the healthtech space. His past experience includes roles at Maine Venture Fund, CourseStorm, IMG, Relevance, and the Orr Fellowship. Eric holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University Bloomington. He is also an active community builder, serving as a board member for Gift of Water and a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. From launching DTC condiment startups to publishing industry-leading marketing guides and securing patents in digital innovation, Eric’s career is defined by a passion for solving meaningful problems through business, technology, and human-centered design.
