Many times, sales deals are won or lost on wording, and so it behooves reps to be precise, persuasive, and pithy. Unfortunately, when nerves become a factor, even the most well-spoken sellers can start rambling off clichés.

And the funny thing about clichés? Everyone uses them ... which means you sound like every other salesperson out there.
