Amanda Iglesias has spent the last 5 years growing and scaling HubSpot's Support team as the Team Operations Manager. Prior to that, she managed several cross-functional programs aimed at improving HubSpot's customer experience and internal operations, first, in the Customer Success team and later on the HubSpot Product team.
Proud of her Cuban-Argentinean heritage, Amanda enjoys every opportunity to support the already strongly global focus of the HubSpot team. A native of Miami, Florida, she has struggled to adjust to the brutal Northeastern weather, but is noted for bearing up well under the adverse conditions of the Boston area.
