Robert Da Costa

Rob has 30 years of commercial business experience from working in blue chip companies to starting, growing and selling his own successful agency. In 1991 he started his own marketing agency and over the next 11 years built an award-winning business with 25 staff and revenues in excess of £1.5m. He sold the business in 2002 and then retrained to become a coach and mentor. In 2007 Rob started Da Costa Coaching where he works with SME agency owners and leaders to help them grow their agencies and excel in their roles. He achieves this through coaching, mentoring, training and online learning. Over the past 12 years he has worked with over 250 agencies including Digital start-ups, PR, Design, Web development, and full-service marketing agencies. His 11 years’ experience of running his own agency combined with working with over 250 agencies over the past 12 years uniquely positions him to be able to understand every stage of an agency’s journey. Rob’s coaching style is curious, positive and supportive. He is business and results focussed, empathetic yet challenging and he is totally passionate about facilitating clients to get the results they seek from the coaching process.
