Linda Crawford

Linda Crawford is the Chief Executive Officer of Helpshift, an AI and messaging-based customer support platform. Crawford came to Helpshift from Optimizely, where she served as the Chief Customer Officer. Prior to that she held several executive positions at Salesforce, most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Sales Cloud. Crawford also held executive positions at Siebel Systems, Inc., and served on the board of directors at Demandware. Crawford is passionate about supporting and mentoring women in the technology industry.
