How terrible, you are re-relasing the music that is based off a real song, not even a mention of Alanis?
Another thing that bugs the shit outa me is seeing people/companies pat themselves on the back too quickly. Having the remixes available, the audacity and smug-ness shines through, assuming I want to take your work that you are claiming as yours, and remix it, yuk.
What is there to remix, I mean really the melody and song format is directly stolen, any deviation would be bad, and the lyrics would follow the rhythm.
And what the hell is wrong with me, how come I get rubbed the wrong way all the time? :)
Seriously, if this is how you are spending the VC's money I would stop investing altogether. Not to mention that what you did is illegal!
