Even I am agreed what you say Snappy...I am surprised how this was posted and so many people have been informed about this article. It seems these people don't have any quality check.

I have a family owned business where my personal/family image and community involvment is intertwined with my business. I would like to hear perspectives on using a personal account to do business vs a "business" account...what are the benefits of having tweets coming from a person who is associated with the company vs coming from the company itself, or vice versa?

Kirsten,

From the small business owners I have observed, both approaches work. It is about being personal with either account and working to help solve your customers problems.

Kipp,

Thanks for your perspective. My observations are the same as yours but it's great to hear another opinion--thanks for commenting.

@Snappy Clam, @Rakesh: I would try refreshing the browser or opening it up in another window. I tried the video on several computers and it worked fine. If it still doesn't work, here is the YouTube link:

@Terry: Thanks!

@Kristen: I agree with Kipp. Sometimes a personal touch works well with your own account, or a professional approach is needed in other situations. Good luck!
