Terry is the CEO and Founder of sparks & honey. sparks & honey is a next generation agency that brings together trend identification and a data-driven newsroom to help brands synchronize with culture in real-time.
Terry launched his first digital start up, SixtyFootSpider, in 1995 at IPG and built it to a top 50 digital agency. He then joined McKinsey & Co. in Greater China to work with the Fortune 500 C-suite and incubate new start ups in Asia. In his next move, he took his strategy and digital experience to the top CRM firms at Omnicom. His deep understanding of digital, technology platforms and consumer behavior allowed him to architect sparks & honey and a next generation marketing approach called Wave Branding. Terry launched the Omnicom backed start-up in January 2012.
Terry also spent 27-months volunteering in Kazakhstan incubating new businesses and launching programs for the local orphanage.
