Ying comes to HubSpot with decades of experience working with SMB and Enterprises on driving digital transformation leveraging technologies including AI, RPA, and mobile. Most recently, Ying was the Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Luminoso, where she worked with the world's most recognizable brands to develop VOC programs and Service automation by applying AI/Machine Learning. As a champion of service professionals the world over, Ying is driven to help teams maximize productivity while delighting customers as they grow.
