Jessica Rose works with language and speech technologies to help make sure that more people around the world can be heard and understood by technology. She cofounded and runs the Bad Website Club, a free online bootcamp that teaches core web development skills from the freeCodeCamp curriculum and has served over 65,000 global learners since 2020. Past projects include the Pursuit Podcast, Trans*Code and others. She is a keynote speaker at technology and cultural conferences, exploring topics around access to technical education, ethics and the direction that near future technologies offer us.
