The contract is the final stage. 

It's a document of commitment -- where both parties finally say "yes" to the relationship. 

There are no words an agency professional wants to hear more than "send me the contract." 

But these words can be intimidating if you don't have a template you can customize for each client. Remember: you don't want buyer's remorse creeping into the potential client's thoughts, so you need to get this document out quickly.
